 Shalom Health Care

operated Company committed to providing well trained, highly
qualified, caring and friendly staff. Our Health care personnel
placement services are designed to meet the highest quality of
professional standards in a most cost effective and efficient
manner.
Our licensed staff is dedicated to maintaining
the highest standards of care and will support the goals of the
facility where they are placed and will administer, direct and
customize the care requirements of the private client.
Our Personal Support Workers and other
non-professional staff will concentrate on those tasks necessary
to maximize client independence by assisting in the activities
of daily living.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Shalom Health Care seeks to provide staffing
services in the institutional setting (i.e. Hospital, Nursing
and Retirement Homes or similar Health Care Facility) and
Private service to the Home client.
Our Licensed staff is dedicated to maintaining
the highest standards of care and will support the goals of the
facility where they are placed and administer and direct the
care requirements of the private client.
Our Personal Support Workers and other
non-professional members of the Shalom Health Care team will
provide supportive services, which concentrate on those tasks
necessary to maximize the client’s physical and emotional needs.
MISSION STATEMENT
 Shalom Health Care
will supply only
well-trained, experienced and qualified health care Personnel to
the institutional setting (i.e Hospitals, Nursing Home,
Retirement Home, or similar Health care facility) and the Home
Care Market.
Shalom Health Care will provide, in an ethical
and law-abiding manner, health care personnel placement services
that represent exceptional quality and value to the client.
Shalom Health Care's private clients will be
treated with dignity and respect and will receive a level of
care that enhances their quality of life and promotes client
independence.
Shalom Health Care staff will be treated with
respect and fairness at all times and will know their area of
responsibility by participating in the Shalom Health Care orientation program and in-service educational programs.
